3 pencils
String or Floss
Scissors
3  Identical jars or drinking glasses
Boiling water
Borax
Tablespoon
Plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or wax paper.
Gloves (optional). Can be used if there is a concern over handling.
Thermometer (to measure temperatures)
